Lantern Festival

This is a project based on enhancing cultural exchanges between China and the UK. Having lived in both countries, I can clearly feel the cultural differences between the two countries. Therefore, I made this project in the hope of enabling people in both countries to better understand each other's culture.

 

This project is divided into two parts. In the early stage, I used traditional Chinese lanterns to celebrate the Easter in Britain, and invited British students to wear costumes with han elements and spend the Easter with lanterns. Later, I cooperated with classmates majoring in dance to arrange the venue with lanterns, and used Chinese dance and modern dance to explain the similarities and differences between the two cultures.
